Ibizamed Sea School

Welcome to Ibizamed Sea School, the only Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training centre in Ibiza. We offer a number of practical and shorebased RYA courses designed for those who want to learn to drive a Powerboat, Motor cruiser or Jet Ski but have little or no knowledge of the craft, or for those who have experience but require a qualification or to upgrade their skills.

We can tailor courses to be taught on your own boat and we do offer selected RYA Specialist & 1 day courses. Ibizamed believes that learning to drive a boat should be fun and Ibiza provides the ideal environment in which to get the most out of your course or your time on the water. The blue skies and crystal clear and warm waters of the Mediterranean make yachting and powerboating in Ibiza a truly enjoyable experience. Not only that but Ibiza is one of Europe’s top tourist holiday destinations, housing some of the most grandiose and spectacular range of clubs anywhere in the world, such as Space, the famous Pacha nightclub and Amnesia. Its white sandy beaches with their tranquil turquoise waters are amongst the cleanest in the Med, and many of them are continually awarded the coveted EEC Blue Flags. There is also so much to do and see on the island. Packed with some of the world’s best restaurants and fantastic traditional little eateries with wonderful atmospheres. Its multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi sexual and VIP multi-millionaire makeup make it one of the most diverse and interesting places in the world. And the best part of all… its only a 2 hour flight from every major European Airport, and there are many daily flights, as well as flights in the Winter.
