The RYA Competent Crew course introduces the complete beginner to cruising and teaches personal safety, seamanship and helmsmanship. You will spend all 5 days (or both weekends) aboard the yacht sailing around the Solent, and at the end of the course you will have become, as the name suggests, a competent (and we hope confident) member of the crew.
